• Day Fee Observer                    $200 P/P Night

• Day Fee Hunter                        $400 P/P/P Day (1 Hunter: 1PH)

• Day Fee Hunter                        $325 P/P/P Day (2 Hunters: 1PH)

• Dat Fee Big Game Hunts         $550 P/P/P Day (1 Hunter: 1PH)

• Rifle Hire + Ammo                    $45 P/Rifle/Per Day

Day fee includes:
● Accommodation (fully serviced)
● Daily laundry service
● All meals, snacks, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages (wine and beer)
● Pick up and drop off at airport (unless group is too large to be accommodated)
● Services of a licensed Professional Hunter
● 4x4 Vehicle
● Camp staff
● Trackers and skinners
● Trophy preparation
● Hunting licenses
● Hunting licenses

Day fee excludes:
● All gratuities for staff (Professional hunters, Trackers, Lodge staff)
● Taxidermy and Shipping of trophies
● Accommodation before and after Safari
● All flight costs
● VAT tax @ 15% of daily rate

Terms and Conditions:
● A deposit of a $2000.00 is required in order to confirm a Hunt booking. When canceling a hunt you will lose 20% percent of the deposit.
● The balance of all payments are to be made at the end of your Safari
● Payments are to be made in Bank transfer
● Day fees are charged per day, your first night will be charged at observer rate
● Trophy fees are to be paid before departure from the camp
● Wounded or lost animals are paid for in full
